INTERNSHIP AND CO-OP OPPORTUNITIES:

For fresh graduates we offer paid internship programs and career opportunities that challenge you from day one. Both internship and co-op opportunities are available year-round; with the majority of them take place during the summer months.

PROGRAMS:

These opportunities are divided into two main programs:

  • Open Access/ Open Data [OA/OD] for Applied Research Programs
  • Spatial Knowledge & Information Management [SKIM] Capacity Building Programs

SUBJECT FOCUS:

OA/OD & SKIM programs are integral to ALHASAN Systems’ Business Intelligence [BI] framework. These programs enhance research projects in the fields of earth sciences, engineering sciences, information, communication, geospatial technologies, material sciences, and social sciences. They enable both individuals and corporate entities to integrate a huge wealth of data & knowledge base for enhanced planning and decision-making.

Participants will have valuable opportunity to work on projects that impact our nation and rest of the world. You will have an opportunity to work with interns from a variety of sectors and under some highly skilled and smart business professionals. During these internship programs we also offer multiple professional capacity building orientations including interns career choice assessment, and a retreat opportunity with corporate management.

Each internship opportunities is for 3 months and at the end of a successful completion all individuals are provided with

  • A company certified experience letter from company’s HR Department,
  • A training certificate from SKIM Capacity Building Department,
  • A career assessment certificate issued from company’s Career & Professional Development Department.

All undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral candidates from varied sectors are encouraged to apply. INTERNSHIP STORIES:

Ms. Asma Jalil, a lawyer by profession, worked on a SKIM Research & Development [R&D] project to produce our first LEGAL BULLETIN. The result was a highly appraised publication. Ms. Asma Jalil later informed company’s management with the following note: “I have toped the High Court license test and the bulletin was really helpful. I would like to resume again if you have an opportunity. Thank you”. Ms. Asma Jalil is now part of our team.

Mr. Ammad Saleem, an ICT professional, worked on our first ICT Bulletin. While departing from us stated “I have learned a lot while being an intern at ALHASAN SYSTEMS and I will remain part of ALHASAN SYSTEMS”.
